This affects almost everyone in small businesses. For reasons I’ll touch on below, I’m going to refer to them as Microsoft Work and Microsoft Personal. I’m going to describe Microsoft’s work and personal accounts as clearly as possible. Many people are frustrated because they cannot understand what accounts they have or where each one is supposed to be used. Years of marketing and branding blunders have made it very difficult to describe how Microsoft has organized these accounts.
